Granton multi-year class reunion held
The Granton High School Alumni Multi-Class Reunion was held on Aug. 6 at the American Legion Post 73 in Neillsville. The reunion included alumni from the classes of 1940-73. The emcee was Bob Barth, with additional comments by Alvin Spaete. After lunch Emily Winstead read off class-by-class the names of students who were in attendance.
A book listing the names of students from each class was created. There are a few books still available. Contact Carol Hillert at 715-238-7295 to order one.
The next reunion is tentatively set for the first Saturday in August 2024 at the American Legion Post 73 in Neillsville. The classes of 1974 and 1975 will be added to the list of invitees.
