OURT Diamond S. Birt, 36, Greenwood, was sentenced to 60 days in jail after his probation was revoked on an April 2022 conviction for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Wesley S. Calhoun, 62, Dorchester, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and $453 for disorderly conduct. A charge of battery/domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Mark D. Corey, 39, Marshfield, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for sex offender registry/failure to register. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years and fined $518.

Farron R. Dignin, 59, Neillsville, was fined $50 and her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Kyle J. Gruber, 34, Neillsville, was placed on probation for two years and fined $443 for disorderly conduct. Charges of substantial battery/intend bodily harm and theft of moveable property were dismissed but read-in to the court record. He was also placed on probation for two years and fined $518 for bail jumping and $443 for disorderly conduct.

Deven C. King, 19, Greenwood, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for vehicle operator flee/elude an officer. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years and fined $518. Two charges of bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Willard J. Lobacz, 45, Withee, was fined $768 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation and $642 for ignition interlock device tampering/ failure to install. A second count of operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Randall R. Mellenthin, 64, Unity, was placed on probation for 18 months and ordered to pay $1,203 in fines and costs. He was also sentenced to 20 days in jail for bail jumping. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $443. He was also fined $443 on another bail jumping charge.

Uriel Pena Castro, 28, Abbotsford, was sentenced to five months in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2020 conviction for battery/domestic abuse.

Natasia J. Severson, 28, Eau Claire, was sentenced to 20 days in jail and was fined $1,640 for a second OWI offense. Her driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 13 months, and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center.
