Kelly L. Kurhais, 58, Owen, was fined $1,062.10 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver.
Harold W. Lato, 59, Granton, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia and $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation.
Leon R. Leid, 17, Loyal, was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 35 mph over limit).
Trevor J. Livingston, 26, Menomonie, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
Luke K. Lobacz, 42, Greenwood, was fined $225.70 for speeding, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, and $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver.
Kimberly J. Lopez, 33, Colby, was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $1,389 for a first OWI offense/with a passenger under the age of 16. Her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Oscar D. Lopez, 38, Colby, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
Daniel A. Menjivar, 21, Abbotsford, was fined $263.50 for improper registration of a vehicle, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver.
Anthony Nicpon Garbisch, 19, Thorp, was fined $452.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking/procures offense. He was also fined $326.50 for disorderly conduct.
Uriel Pena Castro, 28, Medford, was fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver and $213.10 for operating left of center.
Rickey J. Nelson, Loyal, was fined $238.30 for vehicle equipment violations, $200.50 on a second count of vehicle equipment violations, and $263.50 for non-registration of a vehicle.
Robert M. Stanke, 48, Dorchester, was fined $1,050.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for nine months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Heather F. Tews, 41, Neillsville, was ordered to pay $285.08 in fines and restitution for retail theft. She was also fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Eugene K. Troka, 40, Spencer, was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Juan Velazquez Bravo, 29, Dorchester, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.
Cristobol G. Ventura, 20, Abbotsford, was fined $452.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (40-44 mph over limit). He was also fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense, and he was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle by a permittee without an instructor.
Chandra K. Whaley, 31, Loyal, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia and $389.50 for possessing or attempting to possess marijuana.
Deven Xiong, 21, Eau Claire, was fined $301.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
Lee Yang, 34, Little Canada, Minn., was fined $175.30 on each of two counts of speeding and $150.10 for a child safety restraint requirement violation.
Tomas Zeledon Palma, 50, Plover, was fined $225.70 for speeding, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.
Trina K. Zieman, 43, West Saint Paul, Minn., was fined $50, her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest.
