OURT Manuel Avalos-Castillo, 42, Dorchester, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

John J.R. Baxter, 18, Owen, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Dustin G. Blume, 38, Curtiss, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $543. He was also placed on probation for 24 months and fined $443 for disorderly conduct. A charge of battery/domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Armando Bonilla, 29, Curtiss, was fined $263.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked/second offense, $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident, and $164.50 for improper parking on a roadway.

Shirley A. Carlson, 73, Loyal, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Alfredo Cervantes Cuaquehua, 27, Eau Claire, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Cristian Cornejo Lagos, 21, Loyal, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Angel L. Cruz Irizarry, 22, Abbotsford, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Luis A. Diaz Lopez, 21, Abbotsford, was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Jeremy B. Drew, 46, Humbird, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Jasmine J. Drinka, 21, Neillsville, was fined $50 and her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Jordan R. Eustice, 25, Clintonville, was fined $301.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

James M. Fennessy, 60, Greenwood, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Floyd S. Eberly, Withee, was fined $238.30 on each of two vehicle equipment violations.

Juan P. Salas Garcia, 23, Berlin, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/ driver, and $515.50 for resisting or obstructing an officer.

Alexis Gonzalez Cruz, 36, Neillsville, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Tina M. Holsen, 36, Unity, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Bradley R. Kasten, 44, Mequon, was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $453 for battery. Charges of strangulation and suffocation and disorderly conduct were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
