OURT Jeremy B. Drew, 45, Humbird, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Ryan R. Durbin, 42, Owen, was sentenced to nine months in jail after his probation was revoked on a January 2022 conviction for possession of methamphetamine.
Tiffany H. Fleury, 39, Lombard, Ill., was fined $937.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Samantha K. Fristoe, 31, whose address is listed as the Taycheedah Correctional Institute, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 18 months of extended supervision for manufacture/delivery of THC/repeater-as party to a crime. Multiple charges of felony bail jumping, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Janice A. Garbisch, 62, Marshfield, was sentenced to 12 months in jail and placed on probation for five years for a fifth OWI offense. She was fined $1,894, her driver’s license was revoked for 36 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 36 months. She was also sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $443 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and placed on probation for two years and fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer.

Robert J. Luepke, 52, Spencer, was sentenced to 125 days in jail for a third OWI offense. Forty-one of the days are to be served and the rest are stayed. He was placed on probation for two years, ordered to pay $9,532.45 in fines and restitution, his driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months. He was also sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $443 on each of two counts of battery/ use of a dangerous weapon. Those jail sentences were stayed. Additional charges of failure to yield for a yield sign/resulting in bodily harm, causing injury by use of a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration, and second-degree recklessly endangering safety/use of a dangerous weapon were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Ashley J. McGargill, 37, Neillsville, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater and sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $443 for criminal trespass to a dwelling/repeater. Both jail sentences were stayed and she was placed on probation for two years. A charge of felony bail/jumping repeater was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Scott M. Mills, 48, Neillsville, was sentenced to 65 days in jail for a third OWI offense. Fourteen of the days are to be served and the remainder are stayed. He was placed on probation for 24 months, fined $2,122, his driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months. He was also sentenced to 15 days in jail (five to be served, 10 stayed) for a second OWI offense. He was placed on probation for 24 months, fined $1,555, his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months. He was also sentenced to 30 days in jail (10 to be served) for criminal damage to property/use of a dangerous weapon/domestic abuse. He was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $543. He was also placed on probation for 24 months and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/use of a dangerous weapon/domestic abuse. Charges of endangering safety/ use of a dangerous weapon/domestic abuse, battery/ domestic abuse, and bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Ethyn N. Peterson, 26, Janesville, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and find $543 for criminal damage to property/ domestic abuse.
Deseri C. Samples, 33, Curtiss, was sentenced to nine months in jail and fined $448 for first-degree recklessly endangering safety/use of a dangerous weapon. She was also sentenced to four months in jail for bail jumping. That sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for four years and fined $443. She was also placed on probation for four years and fined $443 for disorderly conduct/ use of a dangerous weapon and $443 for operating a firearm while intoxicated. In a separate case, she was placed on probation for four years and ordered to pay $771.23 in costs and restitution for battery. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed but read-in to the court record. Brady J. Welke, 26, Thorp, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident, $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control, and $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign. Devin D. Wiechers, 20, Owen, was placed on probation for 24 months and ordered to pay $458.39 in fines and restitution for criminal trespass to a dwelling. He was also placed on probation for 24 months and fined $443 on a second count of criminal trespass to a dwelling. Additional charges of bail jumping, theft of moveable property, criminal damage to property, and resisting or obstructing an officer were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
