OURT Blake A. Acker, 22, Owen, was fined $343.50 for failure to complete registration as required for bear/deer/turkey, $222.90 for hunting with an improper license, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, and $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.

Tammy L. Bodoh, 35, Black River Falls, was sentenced to eight months in jail after her probation was revoked on a 2021 conviction for possession of methamphetamine.

Brent K. Bowers, 29, Withee, was fined $301.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Arlin Roblero Bravo, 31, Dorchester, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay $4,883.55 in fines and restitution for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 16 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 16 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $389.50 for reckless driving/endangering safety. Charges of operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation and resisting or obstructing an officer were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Tucker R. Denman, 23, Thorp, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $516 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation. A charge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Drake J. Derks, 17, Boyd, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Paul A. Derstine, 33, Thorp, was fined $263.50 for non-registration and $200.50 for failure to secure loads if towing a trailer.

Jack L. Drephal, 20, Neenah, was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 35 mph over limit).

Joshua J. Drinka, 19, Neillsville, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Dakotta L. Euclide, 21, Greenwood, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Emily L. Fredrickson, 33, Neillsville, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $175.30 for operating a vehicle without an adequate muffler, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Dylan J. Geiger, 19, Colby, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for disorderly conduct. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $443. A charge of knowingly violating a chid abuse order/ temporary restraining order was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Ryne J. Giencke, 18, Sheldon, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Jose A. Gonsalez Huerta, 21, Curtiss, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He was also fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 35 mph over limit). He was also fined $515.50 for resisting or obstructing an officer and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

William J. Govek, 68, Willard, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for three years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Logan J. Hansen, 18, Owen, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Logan J. Hofstra, 18, Reedsville, was fined $301.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Robert L. Keller, 52, Neillsville, was fined $343.50 for failure to complete registration as required for bear/deer/turkey, and $222.90 for hunting with an improper license.

Kevin E. Klein, 63, Pittsville, was sentenced to three years in prison and five years of extended supervision for a 7th/8th/9th OWI offense. He was fined $593, his driver’s license was revoked for three years, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for three years. Charges of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install and operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Mercedes M.U. Lalley, 19, Minneapolis, was fined $326.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

Justine L. Langiewicz, 32, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $1,459 for a first OWI offense with a passenger under the age of 16. Her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Marcus C. Mancilman, 42, Pine Island, Minn., was sentenced to 60 days in jail for possession of methamphetamine. The jail sentence is stayed pending completion of AODA assessment/treatment. He was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $1,773. Charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
