OURT Travis J. Acker, 21, Stanley, was fined $343.50 for failure to complete registration as required for bear/deer/turkey and $243 for taking/attempting to take game in excess of daily bag limit.
Gorge L. Aguilera, 28, Curtiss, was sentenced to 20 days in jail and fined $1,565 for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 14 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Hillary S. Brantner, 41, Stratford, was sentenced to 45 days in jail for operating a firearm while intoxicated. Fifteen of the days are to be served and the remainder are stayed. She was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $443, and was also placed on probation for 24 months and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Additional charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety/domestic abuse, disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse, and theft of moveable property were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Mandy M. Donnelly, 18, Melrose, was placed on probation for 12 months, was fined $443, and was ordered to perform 10 hours of community service for resisting/ failing to stop. She was also fined $225.70 for speeding, and $180.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign. Additional charges of speeding (more than 45 mph over limit), operating left of center, resisting or obstructing an officer, and reckless driving/endangering safety were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Joseph R. Escobar, 41, Medford, was sentenced to 101 days in jail and fined $443 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol- related offense. He was given credit for 101 days already served. A charge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Jason A. Forst, 42, Spencer, was sentenced to 75 days in jail and fined $2,217 for a fourth offense of operating a vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance. His driver’s license was revoked for 30 days, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 days, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Etelberto Gonzalez Osorio, 36, Granton, was sentenced to 40 days in jail for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. He was fined $1,902, his driver’s license was revoked for 18 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 18 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. A charge of operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
James M. Ingold, 27, Medford, was fined $1,010 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Kenneth P. Kurtz Jr., 51, Watertown, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for disorderly conduct. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $443. Charges of battery and endangering safety/ use of a dangerous weapon were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Dylan J. Lujan, 26, Cadott, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for three years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
