OURT Tanner L. Kruckeberg, 21, Stanley, was fined $452.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (40-44 mph over limit).

Ethan K. Kurtz, 22, Watertown, was ordered to pay $448 in fines and restitution for disorderly conduct/as party to a crime. A charge of battery/as party to a crime was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Nathan W. Larson, 27, Neillsville, was sentenced to three years in prison and two years of extended supervision for possession of methamphetamine/repeater and bail jumping/repeater. The prison sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for three years and fined $1,036. He was also sentenced to nine months in jail for resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater. That sentence was also stayed and he was placed on probation for two years and fined $443. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 20 days in jail and fined $1,555 for a second offense of operating a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. His driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 14 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. In another separate case, he was placed on probation for four years and fined $1,036 for possession of methamphetamine/repeater and bail jumping/ repeater. In another separate case, he was sentenced to nine months in jail for criminal damage to property/as party to a crime and resisting or obstructing an officer/ repeater. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay $1,991.28 in fines and restitution.

Delmar L. Martin, 20, Colby, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

Lester A. Martin, 22, Stanley, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

Michael J. McBride, 28, Neillsville, was sentenced to 15 days in jail after his deferred prosecution agreement was revoked on a 2020 conviction for disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $543. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 15 days in jail for bail jumping. That jail sentence was also stayed and he was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $443. Another charge of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Scott M. Mills, 48, Neillsville, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense.

Patrick J. Moe, 28, Chippewa Falls, was sentenced to two years in prison and three years of extended supervision for strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse-repeater. He was fined $518 and is to pay a yet-to-be determined amount of restitution. He was also sentenced to one year in prison and 18 months of extended supervision -- to run concurrent to the first sentence -- and fined $518 for intimidating a victim to dissuade reporting/ domestic abuse-repeater.

Zachery A. Noll, 22, Marshfield, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Jill M. Osowski, 36, Thorp, was fined $967.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Christina L. Pirik, 37, Stanley, was fined $175.30 for non-registration, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $238.30 for displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

Javier Rocha, 19, Abbotsford, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

George M. Rudolph, 29, Greenwood, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for a second OWI offense. Twenty-five days of the sentence were stayed and the rest were credited for time served. He was placed on probation for 24 months, fined $1,630, his driver’s license was revoked for 16 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 16 months. He was also placed on probation for 24 months and fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater. Charges of bail jumping/ repeater, operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation/repeater and possession of drug paraphernalia/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail (also stayed), placed on probation for 24 months, and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse.

Alex Tzompaxtle Salas, 18, Cecil, was fined $389.50 for possession of THC, $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Rashaad L. Sampson, 33, Prentice, was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

William J. Shilts, 39, whose address is listed as the Dodge Correctional Institute, Waupun, was sentenced to two years in prison and two years of extended supervision and fined $518 for burglary to a building or dwelling. He was also sentenced to one year in prison and 18 months of extended supervision (to run concurrent to the first sentence) and fined $518 for possession of narcotic drugs. Charges of theft of moveable property and criminal damage to property were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Edgar Tzompaxtle Tentzohua, 18, Thorp, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $213.10 for driving too fast for conditions.

Hunter S. Wagner, 23, Pittsville, was fined $1,012.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Rachel M. Weaver, 17, Withee, was fined $295 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit). She was also fined $10 on each of three safety belt violations.

Floyd G. Young, 44, Curtiss, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for three years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
