OURT Teresa de Castrejohn Conde, 31, Dorchester, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $543. She was also fined $443 for disorderly conduct.

Michael Krieg, 48, Sheldon, was sentenced to 45 days in jail for a third OWI offense. Fourteen of the days are to be served and the remainder are stayed. He was placed on probation for 18 months, fined $2,197, his driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months. Charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Troy W. Vetterkind, 51, Thorp, was sentenced to 245 days in jail for a fourth OWI offense. Twenty-nine of the days are to be served and the remainder are stayed. He was placed on probation for two years, fined $2,227, his driver’s license was revoked for 36 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 36 months. Charges of refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest and failure to yield right-of-way from a stop sign were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Zene A. Wiese, 32, Stanley, was placed on probation for two years and fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine/ repeater. Charges of possession of THC-second offense/repeater, bail jumping/repeater, and possession of drug paraphernalia/repeater were dismissed but readin to the court record.
