OURT Rufino Hernandez Tepole, 52, Dorchester, was fined $175.30 for non-registration, $515.50 for resisting or obstructing an officer, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Scott S. Hineline, 45, Greenwood, was sentenced to three years in prison and five years of extended supervision and fined $593 for a seventh OWI offense. Charges of bail jumping and open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Ronneshia A. Hinton, 23, Saint Paul, Minn., was fined $263.50 for possession of THC, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $175.30 for non-registration, and $200.50 for speeding.

Robert L. Keller, 51, Neillsville, was sentenced to 75 days in jail and fined $1,933 for a third OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 27 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 27 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Jason Z. Kilmer, 23, Thorp, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Nichole L. Kleist, 42, Marshfield, was sentenced to 125 days in jail and fined $3,349 for a third OWI offense. Her driver’s license was revoked for 30 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 30 months, and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment. Charges of operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense and violation of a driver’s license restriction were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Eric N. Larson, 33, whose address is listed as the Polk County Jail, was sentenced to 30 months in prison and 30 months of extended supervision and fined $518 for possession of amphetamine with intent to deliver. Charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Chad A. Leichtman, 37, Dorchester, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $223.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control, and $10 for a safety belt violation.

Kyle L. Lobacz, 20, Owen, was fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit).

Kevin K. Lovelien Mork, 28, Humbird, was placed on probation for 12 months, fined $443, and ordered to perform 10 hours of community service for theft of moveable property. A charge of criminal damage to property was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Alisha M. Maxfield, 38, Blair, was fined $811.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended and $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.

Todd F. McDonald, 45, whose address is listed as the Sand Ridge Facility, Mauston, was sentenced to four years in prison and five years of extended supervision and fined $518 for possession of child pornography. A second similar count was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Gerald F. Micke, 79, Stanley, was fined $841.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI expense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center.

Ashley M. Miller, 25, Withee, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Trenton J. Morris, 26, Prairie du Sac, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Julian J. Pester, 20, Medford, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Peter A. Reis, 21, Wausau, was fined $213.10 for driving too fast for conditions, $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident, and $187.90 for inattentive driving.
