OURT Tyler B. Justice, 31, Dorchester, was fined $443 for disorderly conduct and $443 for bail jumping.

Mitchell A. Koenig, 21, Eau Claire, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for speeding.

Travis R. Ladd, 21, Greenwood, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Chase L. Larocque, 18, Unity, was fined $326.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Nathan W. Larson, 27, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 for retail theft and $389.50 for trespass to a dwelling.

Marcus C. Mancilman, 42, Pine Island, Minn., was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Cody R. Nelson, 27, whose address is listed as the Minnesota Correctional Facility-St. Cloud, was fined $213.10 for operating left of center, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $187.90 for inattentive driving.

Joyce L. Penterman, 17, Thorp, was fined $295 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

Timothy E. Rice, 25, Prentice, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver.

Raul D. Rios Mora, 22, Abbotsford, was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse.

Mynor L. Santiago Perez, 19, Abbotsford, was fined $200.50 on each of two counts of operating a vehicle without a valid license, $238.30 for displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate, and $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.

Darnell J. Seichter, 20, Stanley, was fined $143.80 on each of two counts of retail theft.

Bernard M. Shelton, 43, Owen, was fined $187.90 for inattentive driving and $213.10 for operating left of center.

Amanda R. Smith, 41, Neillsville, was fined $811.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Trey D. Stumpner, 23, Stratford, was fined $389.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked/fourth offense, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $175.30 for non-registration.

Juan J. Tabira Villalpando, 19, Abbotsford, was fined $1,049 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation and $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver.

Donovan Q. Tischer, 23, Loyal, was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $1,389 for a first offense of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a passenger under the age of 16. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also placed on probation for 12 months for possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, and fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Xaimara Vega Marin, 34, Lakeland, Fla., was sentenced to 45 days in jail for battery/domestic abuse-use of a dangerous weapon. The jail sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for two years and fined $543. Charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety/domestic abuse-use of a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Timothy M. Voigt, 51, Neillsville, was fined $886.50 for operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. His driver’s license was revoked for six months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Michelle M. Walley, 52, Abbotsford, was fined $175.30 for operating a vehicle after revocation/suspension of registration and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked.

Hunter B. Warner, 21, Eden Prairie, Minn., was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

Junior Watkins, 67, Willard, was sentenced to 185 days in jail (29 days to be served, the rest are stayed) and placed on probation for 24 months for a fourth offense of operating a vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance. He was fined $2,272, his driver’s license was revoked for 36 months and 29 days, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 36 months.
