OURT Chad R. Gatten, 48, Cameron, was sentenced to 125 days in jail and fined $2,761.50 for a third OWI offense with an alcohol fine enhancer. His driver’s license was revoked for 30 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 days, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Chad P. Hoffstatter, 48, whose address is listed as the Fox Lake Correctional facility, was sentenced to six months in jail and fined $443 for disorderly conduct/ repeater. Charges of violating state/county institution laws/repeater and bail jumping/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Jesse E. Johnson, 30, Neillsville, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $443 for knowingly violating a domestic abuse order/injunction.

Branden L. King, 20, Neillsville, was sentenced to three years in prison and three years of extended supervision after his probation was revoked on a 2019 conviction for taking and driving a vehicle without consent.

Willard J. Lobacz, 43, Withee, was fined $584 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense. A charge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Gary W. Luther, 55, Stanley, was sentenced to 55 days in jail (first 14 to be served immediately, remaining 41 stayed until further orders from the court) for a third OWI offense. He was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $2,197. His driver’s license was revoked for two years and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for two years.

Kyle S. Neinfeldt, 22, Stratford, was sentenced to nine months in jail, placed on probation for 24 months, and fined $1,982.50 for causing injury while operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. His driver’s license was revoked for 15 months and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 15 months.

Joel Nopal Pedraza, 27, Abbotsford, was fined $1,060 and his driver’s license was revoked for eight months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also sentenced to 90 days in jail, placed on probation for two years, and fined $443 for disorderly conduct, $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer, and $443 for criminal damage to property. A charge of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration with a passenger under the age of 16 was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Dustin J. Pucci, 23, Neillsville, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for taking and driving a vehicle without consent/ abandoning vehicle/repeater. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 12 months and ordered to pay $1,101.56 in fines and restitution.

Ricky L. Rochester, 51, Neillsville, was fined $1,044 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Kristine L. Rowe, 29, Loyal, was fined $886.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $175.30 for speeding.

Treyton L. Sloniker, 21, Chippewa Falls, was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for nine months for a third underage drinking offense.

Kenny D. Walters, 53, Cadott, was fined $851.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Dayton L. Wriedt, 29, Willard, was sentenced to 155 days in jail (first 14 days to be served, remainder stayed until further orders from the court) for a third OWI offense with an alcohol fine enhancer. He was placed on probation for two years and fined $2,207. His driver’s license was revoked for 33 months and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 33 months.
