OURT Cleve A. Bowen, 62, Greenwood, was fined $205.50 for maintaining junk in yard and $200.50 for maintaining junked vehicles/appliances over 30 days.

Joshua J. Drinka, 17, Neillsville, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $1,454 for operating a vehicle under the influence of a restricted controlled substance/with a passenger under the age of 16. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Daniel Garcia Maganda, 29, Curtiss, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $150.10 for violation of child safety restraint requirements.

Zachiah J. Gjerseth, 19, Black River Falls, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Elizabeth L. Gust, 60, Friendship, was fined $1,044 and her driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Tina M. Holsen, 35, Owen, was fined $886.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Leonides Juarez Castillo, 34, Athens, was fined $1,094 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance and $187.90 for inattentive driving.

Branden L. King, 20, Neillsville, was fined $175.30 on each of three counts of failure to stop for a stop sign, $389.50 for reckless driving/endangering safety, and $225.70 for speeding.

Brent R.F. Knuth, 22, Neillsville, was fined $175.30 for non-registration, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $175.30 for operating a vehicle after revocation/ suspension of registration.

Maurico Lopez Lopez, 20, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $1,570 for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 14 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Hope E. Lovell, 23, Thorp, was fined $1,049 and her driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Donald D. Malinowski, 31, Thorp, was fined $470.60 for failure to obtain an animal trucker license. Fourteen additional counts of failure to obtain an animal trucker license were dismissed but read-in to the court record. He was also fined $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Ethan M. Meacham, 17, Neillsville, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit). He was also fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct with a vehicle.

Extin C. Meyer, 19, Robbinsdale, Minn., was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Tanya L. Neumann, 38, La Crosse, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for battery/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $543. Additional charges of disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse, battery/domestic abuse, and bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Alyx R. Pagenkopf, 26, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident and $193.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.

Uriel Pena Castro, 26, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for battery/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $518. Additional charges of disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse, intimidating a victim to dissuade reporting/ domestic abuse, and false imprisonment/domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Joel Pena Lopez, 30, Unity, was fined $579 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation. A charge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Hailey A. Rogers, 27, Rib Lake, was fined $821.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Luis A. Sanchez Vasquez, 36, Rib Lake, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Russell E. Sandley, 47, Humbird, was sentenced to 20 days in jail on each of two counts of intentionally failing to provide food for an animal. He was fined $996. Two counts of intentionally failing to provide water for an animal and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Kristian Schwanebeck-Moen, 17, Marshfield, was fined $1,094 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Juliane M. Snyder, 56, Plover, was fined $1,012.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Wayne D. Stanton, 51, Withee, was fined $852.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $326.50 for driving the wrong way on a divided highway.

Luigi Villagrana, 16, Loyal, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $187.90 for inattentive driving, $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control, and $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.

Tobin T. Wantlin, 45, Withee, was fined $1,049 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

Tayt D. Wuethrich, 49, Greenwood, was fined $217.90 for discharging a firearm from/across a highway and $266.65 for hunting within 50 feet of a road’s center.

Tyler J. Zais, 30, Eau Claire, was sentenced to 120 days in jail for possession of methamphetamine. The jail sentence was stayed on the condition that he complies with recommended treatment, and he was placed on probation for 30 months and was fined $518. Charges of bail jumping, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
