OURT Bryan J. Nitz, 27, Stanley, was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $1,514 for operating a vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance with a passenger under the age of 16. His driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 14 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Torie M. Opelt, 20, Greenwood, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Melissa D. Peek, 54, Spencer, was sentenced to 95 days in jail and fined $2,197 for a third OWI offense with an alcohol enhancer. The first 14 days of the sentence are to be served and the rest are stayed until further orders from the court. She was placed on probation for 12 months, her driver’s license was revoked for 27 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 27 months. Two counts of bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

David W. Rogers, 54, Colby, was fined $515.50 for resisting or obstructing an officer and $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rodrigo Salvador Ruiz, 24, Abbotsford, was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center.

Luke J. Sauer, 25, Thorp, was sentenced to 12 months in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2019 conviction for operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration/causing injury.

Steven R. Scholze, 58, Humbird, was fined $263.50 for an out-of-service notice violation, $263.50 for nonregistration, and $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.

Marcus N. Snyder, 17, Fennimore, was fined $175.30 for failure to stop for a stop sign and $200.50 for operating a vehicle as a probationary licensee with an unauthorized person in the vehicle.

Jasmine M. Stock, 18, Withee, was fined $301.30 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Kevin A. Toruno Sanchez, 23, Abbotsford, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 45 mph over limit) and was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Alejandro Vazquez Cruz, 29, Colby, was fined $443 for bail jumping and $119.50 for disorderly conduct. A second charge of bail jumping was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Damian M. Walters-Miner, 19, Boyceville, was fined $841.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

Raymon L. Warthan, 67, Spencer, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for three years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Floyd G. Young, 42, Curtiss, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $1,795 for a third OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Yeyson Zamir-Maldonado, 18, Loyal, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license.

Tyler D. Zimmerman, 32, Spencer, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and two years of extended supervision after his probation was revoked on a 2016 conviction for vehicle operator fleeing/eluding an officer.
