Deven L. Bernt, 34, Wild Rose, was sentenced to 60 days in jail, placed on probation for one year, and fined $443 for reckless driving/causing bodily harm. She was also placed on probation for three years and fined $518 for bail jumping. Two additional charges of hit-and-run involving injury were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

John P. Blakeslee, 68, Merrill, was sentenced to five months in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2018 conviction for intentionally pointing a firearm at another person.

Joshua P. Bloom, 31, Fairchild, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for battery. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 12 months, ordered to pay $1,194.58 in costs and restitution, and perform 20 hours of community service. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Paul N. Commers, 38, Neillsville, was placed on probation for three years and fined $518 for battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer/repeater. Charges of resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater and disorderly conduct/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Christina M. Dillard, 28, Loyal, was sentenced to three years in prison and two years of extended supervision after her probation was revoked on a 2018 conviction for possession of amphetamine with intent to deliver/as party to a crime. She was also sentenced to six months in prison after her probation was revoked on a 2018 conviction for possession of narcotic drugs.

Logan L. Ganther, 18, Neillsville, was sentenced to one year in jail, placed on probation for 15 years, ordered to perform 40 hours of community service, and fined $518 for second-degree sexual assault of a child.

Terry Jackson, 65, Weston, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months.

Matthew M. Kaczmarek, 40, Thorp, was fined $977.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Roger A. McGinnis, 66, Wisconsin Rapids, was fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

Patricia S. Michetti, 59, Westboro, was sentenced to six months in jail, placed on probation for two years, and fined $1,843 for a fifth/sixth OWI offense with an alcohol enhancer. Her driver’s license was revoked for 30 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 30 months, and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Colton P. Schurter, 30, Thorp, was fined $1,017.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
