OURT Chad A. Carpenter, 47, Withee, was placed on probation for one year and fined $528 for possession of methamphetamine. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Robby A. Gates, 36, Marshfield, was sentenced to 60 days in jail (stayed and to be used at a probation agent’s discretion), placed on probation for 12 months, and fined $443 for battery/repeater. Charges of disorderly conduct/ repeater and resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Tyler J. Mohr, 27, Neillsville, was sentenced to 120 days in jail, placed on probation for two years, and fined $528 for possession of THC with intent to deliver. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Ryan A. Ritter, 37, Neillsville, was placed on probation for two years and fined $961 for possession of methamphetamine and resisting or obstructing an officer.

Devin D. Rose, 21, Willard, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Steven D. Timm, 50, Curtiss, was placed on probation for two years and fined $1,171 for strangulation and suffocation/ domestic abuse and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Additional charges of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Jesse T. Black, 30, Neillsville, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and ordered to pay $650.90 in costs and restitution for disorderly conduct. He was also sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $886 for two counts of bail jumping. Additional charges of disorderly conduct, bail jumping, and operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

James D. Boyer, 49, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident and $213.10 for driving too fast for conditions.

Deylen Caceres Orellana, 34, Loyal, was sentenced to 12 days in jail and fined $1,975 for operating a vehicle with a passenger under 16 years of age with a blood alcohol level greater than .15 percent. His driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 14 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Gregory L. Calkins, 65, Stanley, was fined $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control, $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver, $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, and $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident.

Rachel R. Denn, 36, Oneida, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign, and $389.50 for shoplifting/theft.

Kyler D. Derks, 16, Granton, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit). He was also fined $10 for a safety belt violation.

Jasmine J. Drinka, 19, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia and $389.50 for possession of THC.

Levi J. Duda, 20, Granton, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $238.30 for displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate, and $175.30 for non-registration.

Bismar Felipe Gallardo, 26, Abbotsford, was fined $852.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $326.50 for driving the wrong way on a divided highway.

Danielle N. Ford, 30, Hinckley, Minn., was sentenced to 60 days in jail (stayed until further order from the court), placed on probation for three years, and ordered to pay $4,817.40 in costs and restitution for possession of burglarious tools. She was also placed on probation for two years and fined $443 for criminal trespass to a dwelling/ as party to a crime, $443 for theft of moveable property/ as party to a crime, and $518 for bail jumping. Additional charges of burglary to a building or dwelling/as party to a crime, possession of burglarious tools, criminal trespass to a dwelling, theft of moveable property, and bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Nellie F. Hartl, 54, Thorp, was sentenced to 125 days in jail (14 to be served; 111 stayed until further orders from the court), placed on probation for 24 months, and fined $2,069 for a third OWI offense. Her driver’s license was revoked for 30 months and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 30 months.

Matthew F. Heiman, 26, Neillsville, was fined $1,094 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.

Chelsea M. Hendrickson, 27, Medford, was fined $175.30 on each of two counts of violation of child safety restraint requirements.

Nicholas A. Hodge, Spanaway, Wash., was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $175.30 for failure of owner to transfer title, $238.30 for displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Travares A. Johnson, 23, Marshfield, was fined $175.30 for non-registration, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.

Brittany M. Johnson, 27, Neillsville, was fined $175.30 for speeding, $162.70 for operating a vehicle without a valid license due to expiration, $10 for a safety belt violation, and $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.

Kaia L. Knudson, 28, Neillsville, was fined $175.30 for a cracked/damaged windshield, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $10 for a safety belt violation.

Mitchell W. Labrec, 27, Chippewa Falls, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Nathan W. Larson, 26, Neillsville, was fined $515.50 for restricting or obstructing an officer and $213.10 for operating left of center.

Kasaan A. Lewis-Glover, 20, Marshfield, was fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation, $162.70 for failure to notify the DMV of an address/name change, and $200.50 for speeding.

Cathy R. Littlebird, 36, Merrillan, was fined $200.50 for a license restriction violation and $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Luke K. Lobacz, 40, Greenwood, was fined $326.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 on each of two counts operating a vehicle while suspended, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Rick S. McFarlane, 37, Greenwood, was fined $2,057 for battery/domestic abuse and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Additional charges of strangulation and suffocation/ domestic abuse, and battery/domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
