OURT Austin A. Markowski, 25, Lublin, was fined $200.50 on each of two counts of operating a vehicle while suspended, $175.30 for non-registration, and $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.
Marvin L. Martin, 16, Stanley, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $175.30 for non-registration, and $200.50 for a license restriction violation.
Madai Nahon, 18, Greenwood, was fined $886.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $389.50 for possession of THC.
Jay D. Olson, 34, Fairchild, was fined $901.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation, and $10 for a safety belt violation. Isaac M. Pajac, 18, Spencer, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense. Gustavo A. Pedraza Elston, 20, Neillsville, was fined $1,094 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Arlin Roblero-Bravo, 29, Dorchester, was fined $1,067 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license and $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/ driver.
Conrad M. Rudolph, 19, Carlisle, Pa., was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
Carlos J. Santiago Gonzalez, 27, whose address is listed as the Stanley Correctional Facility, was sentenced to 12 months in jail for intimidating a witness/use of force/as party to a crime. The jail sentence was stayed until further orders from the court and he was placed on probation for five years and fined $528. A charge of battery/as party to a crime/repeater was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Carlton R. Short, 48, Owen, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $443 for disorderly conduct.
Dayton L. Wriedt, 29, Willard, was fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver and $213.10 for operating left of center.
Zachary M. Zanco, 21, Vesper, was fined $232 for an ATV noise limit violation and $232 for operating an ATV without a valid safety certificate.
