OURT Martin Aguilera, 17, Curtiss, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Matthew W. Beran, 47, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $1,514 for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Chance W. Copeland, 23, Pittsville, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, and $175.30 for non-registration.

Susan L. Drews, 54, Edgar, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Steven R. Gallegos, 57, Neillsville, was fined $213.10 for operating left of center, $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver, $150.10 for standing in a roadway, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Jason M. Goessl, 30, Owen, was sentenced to 60 days in jail (to be held in abeyance until further orders from the court), placed on probation for four years, and fined $518 for possession of narcotics with intent to deliver. Additional charges of possession of narcotics with intent to deliver, possession of THC with intent to deliver, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Cara L. Gold, 25, Humbird, was fined $150.10 for operating a vehicle without carrying a license, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $162.70 for operating a vehicle without a valid license due to expiration.

Adam A. Greene, 35, Stanley, was fined $389.50 for possession of a controlled substance, $175.30 for nonregistration, and $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.

Faith A. Harrison, 23, Fairchild, was fined $886.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license and $263.50 for possession of THC.

Efrain Hernandez Gonzalez, 31, Chili, was fined $1,094 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Dexeray J. Huth, 26, Neillsville, was fined $886.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $389.50 for possession of THC and $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Donald V. Jewell, 70, Decorah, Iowa, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit). He was also fined $213.10 for passing in a no-passing zone.

Janie M. Johnson, 50, Cadott, was sentenced to 90 days in jail (first 30 to be served, next 60 held in abeyance until further orders from the court), placed on probation for four years, and fined $518 for manufacture/delivery of narcotics. Charges of manufacture/delivery of amphetamine/ as party to a crime, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Nathan G. Jonet, 18, Suamico, was fined $301.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Branden L. King, 19, Neillsville, was fined $886.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Nichole L. Kleist, 41, Marshfield, was fined $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control and $200.50 for a license restriction violation.

Chase W. Krug, 22, Greenwood, was placed on probation for two years and fined $986 for disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse and bail jumping. Additional charges of battery/domestic abuse, bail jumping/repeater, and possession of drug paraphernalia/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record. In a separate case, he was placed on probation for two years and fined $443 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse.
