OURT Jose R. Poron Cabrera, 20, Abbotsford, was fined $1,152.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for nine months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $114.50 for a first underage drinking offense, $114.50 for automobile following too closely, and $114.50 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.
Luis A. Priego Rivera, 22, Rib Lake, was fined $1,060 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.
Hugo Resendiz-Patron, 29, Abbotsford, was fined $859.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Santos Rodriguez Ruiz, 38, Rochester, N.Y., was fined $326.50 for possession of marijuana, $175.30 for nonregistration, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.
Christian C. Schauer, 20, Marshfield, was sentenced to six months in jail (with five months to be stayed pending further order from the court, at a probation agent’s discretion), placed on probation for three years, and fined $528 for possession of THC/second or greater offense/as party to a crime. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia/ repeater/as party to a crime was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Christopher S. Schutte, 22, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 for displaying a false vehicle registration plate, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.
Amanda R. Smith, 40, Neillsville, was fined $531 for criminal damage to property/as party to a crime. A charge of theft of moveable property/as party to a crime was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Justin D. Sullivan, 18, Stetsonville, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense. He was also fined $250 for misrepresentation of age.
Nicholas R. Tarnowski, 29, Cape Coral, Fla., was sentenced to 150 days in jail after his probation was revoked on 2019 convictions for resisting or obstructing an officer, criminal trespass to a dwelling, and bail jumping.
Jered R. Trzebiatowski, 31, Custer, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Chang Vang, 38, Wausau, was fined $841.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $187.90 for inattentive driving.
Douglas C. Way, 19, Medford, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.
Courtney D. Weiler, 22, Stevens Point, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
Austin I. Werlein, 20, Abbotsford, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.
Daniel N.L. Werner, 35, Madison, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $41,460.76 in costs and restitution for causing injury while operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. His driver’s license was revoked for one year, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for one year, and he is to undergo an alcohol violation.
Terrence P. Wortman, 21, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 for hit-and-run of an unattended vehicle, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.
