OURT Zachary M. Anderson, 27, Neillsville, was sentenced to 20 days in jail (stayed until further orders from the court), placed on probation for 12 months, and fined $996 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and receiving or concealing stolen property. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Carl E. Brandenburg, 56, Fairchild, was sentenced to five years in prison and three years of extended supervision for burglary/armed with a dangerous weapon. The prison sentence was stayed and he was ordered to serve one year in jail and 10 years on probation, and pay a $528 fine. Additional charges of possession of burglarious tools, theft of moveable property, bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Christian A. Doss, 37, Neillsville, was sentenced to 10 months in jail after his probation was revoked on 2019 convictions for possession of cocaine and resisting or obstructing an officer.

Omogbolahan R. Fagbenja, 40, Marshfield, was fined $1,012.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Brandon J. Heise, 32, Loyal, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Donna J. Hester, 52, Owen, was fined $243 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. A charge of battery/domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Jeffery D. Kalepp, 17, Withee, was fined $2,468 and his Department of Natural Resources hunting license privileges were revoked/suspended for three years for illegal shining of deer/elk/bear. He was also fined $192.75 for hunting without required approval. Additional charges of illegal shining of deer/elk/bear, resisting a conservation warden, and hunting deer during a closed season were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

William F. Kevilus, 68, Dorchester, was fined $589 for equine infectious anemia/sale of equine animal required testing violation. Additional charges of swine imports/ certificate of veterinary inspection violation, importing an equine animal without a valid certificate of veterinary inspection, failure to obtain a department-issued animal dealer license, failure to keep animal dealer records, and failure to record or attach official identification of an equine animal were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

James E. Kloss, 59, Owen, was fined $886.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Brandon N. Larrabee, 23, Neillsville, was fined $961.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Kaleb J. Martin, 17, Fennimore, was fined $358 for speeding and $515.50 for resisting or obstructing an offi cer.

Brandon W. Miller, 37, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for reckless driving/endangering safety, $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance, and $10 for a safety belt violation.

Kyle S. Neinfeldt, 21, Greenwood, was fined $175.30 for fuel tank not meeting industry standards, $175.30 for operating a vehicle without an adequate muffler, and $175.30 for failure to properly maintain an exhaust system.

Lyle P. Olson, 27, Augusta, was placed on probation for two years and fined $896 for resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater and possession of THC/repeater. A charge of battery or threat to a judge/prosecutor/law enforcement officer-repeater was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Dustin B. Podeweltz, 28, Wausau, was sentenced to 180 days in jail (with 30 days to be served and 150 days stayed until further orders from the court), placed on probation for 36 months, and fined $628 for suffocation and strangulation/ domestic abuse. He was also placed on probation for 36 months and fined $618 for substantial battery/ domestic abuse. Additional charges of strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse, battery/domestic abuse, and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Wesley D. Sammons, 26, Marshfield, was sentenced to 15 days in jail (with five days to be served and 10 stayed), placed on probation for 12 months, and fined $1,630 for operating a vehicle with a restricted controlled substance/ second offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Damaion J. Wilhelmi, 25, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 45 days in jail for possession of amphetamine/LSD/ Psilocin. The jail sentence was stayed until further orders from the court, and he was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $453. He was also fined $443 for possession of THC, and $443 for carrying a concealed weapon. He was also fined $1,012.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
