OURT Halie J. Avery, 20, Cadott, was fined $389.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for nine months for a second underage drinking offense.

Ayisha S. Bhatt, 21, San Jose, Calif., was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Brendan N. Bostic, 19, Stevens Point, was fined $200.50 for speeding, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, and $175.30 for operating a vehicle after revocation/ suspension of registration.

Jesse J. Buchanan, 21, Mosinee, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Jimmy D. Coker, 30, Withee, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $448 for disorderly conduct/repeater.

Ryan M. Cota, 20, Thorp, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation, and $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.

Michelle L. Dawson, 42, Madison, was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $1,329 for two counts of possession of THC and one count of possession of a controlled substance. A charge of possession of narcotic drugs was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Justin M. Farmer, 39, Neillsville, was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $971 for use or possess with intent to use a masking agent and bail jumping. Charges of bail jumping/repeater, possession of THC/second or greater offense/repeater, possession of drug paraphernalia/ repeater, possession of an illegally-obtained prescription/repeater and receiving or concealing stolen property/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Terina Gordon, 17, Boyd, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Chianti Gordon, 20, Boyd, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Isaiah M. Green, 18, Greenwood, was fined $213.10 for unreasonable and imprudent speed and $162.70 for no tail lamp/defective tail lamp.

Ahna L. Henrickson, 18, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Santos S. Hernandez Mejia, 43, Thorp, was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver, $175.30 for nonregistration, and $10 on each of two counts of operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.

Jesse E. Johnson, 30, Granton, was fined $1,012.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Jennifer C. Kubala, 35, Greenwood, was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $448 for disorderly conduct. A charge of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Jacob E. Lipscy, 47, Neillsville, was fined $390.80 and his DNR hunting license privileges were revoked/suspended for two years for possess/loan/borrow another’s license. He was also fined $544.50 for failure to keep records as required/failure to keep accurate records/ otherwise provide incorrect information, and was fined $1,147.50 for forging a signature to obtain approval.

Darcie L. Markowski, 46, Greenwood, was fined $1,019 and her driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Dennis L. Martin, 32, Thorp, was fined $162.70 on each of four counts of operating an ATV/UTV without required headgear/as party to a crime, $232 for operating a UTV with a passenger riding in an improper way, and $232 for operating a UTV without a valid safety certificate.

Conagher W. McDonald, 26, Alma Center, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident and $175.30 for deviating from designated lane.
