Aubrey J. Anderson, 17, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Aimee E. Nesja, 20, Chippewa Falls, was sentenced to 45 days in jail for resisting or obstructing an officer. The jail sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for three years and fined $443. She was also fined $518 for bail jumping. Additional charges of battery or threat to a judge/prosecutor/law enforcement officer and bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court order.

Derrick G. Phelps, 29, Merrill, was placed on probation for one year, fined $518, and ordered to perform 20 hours of community service for possession of amphetamine/ LSD/Psilocin.

Jeremiah D. Shipman, 19, whose address is listed as the New Lisbon Correctional Facility, was fined $443 for possession of drug paraphernalia/as party to a crime. A charge of possession of THC/second offense/as party to a crime was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Ray W. Walker, 59, Humbird, was fined $175.30 for burning without a permit/intensive area and $175.30 for setting a fire without extinguishing.

Rick T. Holewinski, 53, Suamico, was fined $886.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Nathan W. Larson, 25, Neillsville, was fined $886.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, $389.50 for possession of THC, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Jaime Mantiel Bautista, 19, Dorchester, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license and $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.

Arthur A. Petke, 19, Withee, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

Alexander Ramirez Vasquez, 30, Stanley, was fined $967.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance and $213.10 for operating left of center.

Ricardo Rios Ruiz, 32, Colby, was placed on probation for two years and fined $543 for battery/domestic abuse. A charge of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail, placed on probation for two years, and fined $443 for bail jumping. Charges of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse, bail jumping, and criminal damage to property/domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Jakota J. Todd, 20, Withee, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended and $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident.

Jose V. Tzompaxtle Tentzohua, 34, Spencer, was sentenced to 135 days in jail after his probation was revoked on 2019 convictions for two counts of disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse.

Terrence P. Wortman, 21, Neillsville, was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated, $452.50 for ATV/UTV failure to take an alcohol test, $232 for operating an ATV/UTV without valid registration, and $232 for operating an ATV/UTV without a valid safety certificate.
