OURT Matilda J. Bertram, 18, Augusta, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Jonathon D. Breidel, 34, Ironwood, Mich., was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $453 for violating a foreign protection order.

Yvette L. Brown, 47, Neillsville, was fined $50 and her driver’s license was revoked for 24 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 18 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Bradey L. Duell, 27, Loyal, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Alvin J. Emfinger, 21, Stevens Point, was placed on probation for two years, fined $886, and ordered to perform 20 hours of community service for criminal trespass to a dwelling and theft of moveable property.

Dominic B.M. Gnewikow, 19, Sparta, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Thomas R. Goessl, 17, Owen, was fined $544.50 and his Department of Natural Resources hunting privileges were revoked for two years for shining wild animals while in possession of a firearm. He was also fined $222.90 for hunting within 50 feet of a road’s center/as party to a crime.

Kyle J. Gruber, 32, Neillsville, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $443 for possession of amphetamine/ LSD/psilocin. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

William E. Hacker, 36, Pekin, Ill., was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 18 months of extended supervision and fined $518 for exposing genitals to a child. Charges of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime and exposing a child to harmful material were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Shane R. Hoiland, 27, Pennington Gap, Va., was placed on probation for three years and ordered to pay $4,172.89 in fines and restitution for two counts of battery, two counts of disorderly conduct, and a single count of intimidating a victim to dissuade reporting.

Sarina Hosseinlar, 17, Marshfield, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Justin A. Hubbard, 17, Withee, was fined $544.50 and his Department of Natural Resources hunting privileges were revoked for two years for shining wild animals while in possession of a firearm. He was also fined $222.90 for hunting within 50 feet of a road’s center.

Gary A. Johnson, 46, Colby, was fined $651.50 for a snowmobiler refusing a breathalyzer test for intoxication. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Morgan R. Malm, 22, Oshkosh, was fined $1,125 and his driver’s license was revoked for nine months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Andrew A. Raddeman, 38, Neillsville, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for three years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Jarrett A. Rausch, 22, Spencer, was fined $484.50 for disorderly conduct. A charge of violation of state/county institution laws was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Juan M. Reyes Arenas, 40, Dorchester, was fined $1,070 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Katrina A. Savage, 17, Melrose, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Dylan P. Strey, 27, Eau Claire, was sentenced to 20 days in jail and fined $1,595 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. His driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 14 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Amy L. Turner, 37, Withee, was placed on probation for 18 months, fined $518, and ordered to perform 20 hours of community service for possession of methamphetamine/ second and subsequent offense. A charge of theft of moveable property/as party to a crime/repeater was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Trey J. Ulrich, 19, Ogema, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.
