OURT Heather R. Bergstrom, 25, Marshfield, was sentenced to 90 days in jail (to be held in abeyance for use at a probation agent’s discretion), placed on probation for three years, and fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture/ compound/convert/produce/store methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Mark A. Janicki, 70, Neillsville, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for three years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Jeffery A. Johnson, 59, Humbird, was fined $1,188.50 on three counts of public nuisances affecting health, breeding places for vermin etc.; $389.50 for public nuisancecontinuous violation of township ordinances; $389.50 for public nuisance-disorderly homes; and $200.50 for junked vehicles and appliances on private property.

Timothy A. Kasten, 29, Ettrick, was sentenced to 45 days in jail (to be used at a probation agent’s discretion), placed on probation for 24 months, fined $443, and ordered to pay a yet-to-be-determined amount of restitution for taking/driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent. He was also fined $443 for bail jumping.

Dennis V. Luscher, 37, Marshfield, was fined $584 for possession of THC. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Kristen L. Maya-Roman, 28, whose address is listed as the Waupaca County Jail, was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $886 for criminal trespass to a dwelling/ as party to a crime and theft of moveable property/ as party to a crime.

Rolando M. Mireles, 22, Colby, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for three years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Michael L. Muehl, 41, Colby, was sentenced to four days in jail and fined $453 for possession of drug paraphernalia. A charge of possession of methamphetamine was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Charles R. Singer, 36, Humbird, was fined $1,027.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for operating a vehicle with a restricted controlled substance. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $150.10 for operating a vehicle without carrying a license.

Harlee A. Slusser, 21, Wausau, was placed on probation for one year and fined $443 for possession of amphetamine/ LSD/Psilocin. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Jeremi S. Sorenson, 41, whose address is listed as the Wood County Jail, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, placed on probation for four years, and ordered to pay $2,349.50 in fines and costs for possession of amphetamines with intent to deliver. Charges of driving/operating a vehicle without consent and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

David J. Stone, 40, Lac du Flambeau, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and three years of extended supervision for misappropriating ID information to avoid penalty. The prison sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for three years and fined $518. He was also sentenced to 50 days in jail and fined $1,817 for a third OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 27 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 27 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Nathaniel J. Wolfe, 18, Thorp, was fined $263.50 for hitand- run of an unattended vehicle, $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident, $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.
