OURT Blake A. Acker, 20, Greenwood, was sentenced to 120 days in jail for fourth-degree sexual assault. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years and fined $443.

Gary J. Bednarek, 43, Webster, was ordered to pay $419.50 in fines and restitution for disorderly conduct.

Dominic J. Bibeau-Donahue, 19, Eau Claire, was fined $389.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for nine months for a second underage drinking offense.

Richard R. Coffey, 56, Lombard, Ill., was fined $213.10 for operating left of center, $213.10 for passing in a nopassing zone, and $389.50 for reckless driving/endangering safety.

Hermenegildo Cruz Lopez, 31, Abbotsford, was fined $768 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcoholrelated violation. A charge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Garrett J. Dahl, 22, Medford, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Christin M. Dircks, 34, Thorp, was fined $175.30 for failure to yield the right-of-way from a parked position and $175.30 for failure to yield the right-of-way from a stop sign.

Maccenzee J. Holman, 32, Minneapolis, Minn., was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

Casey J. Kaufman, 34, Neillsville, was fined $778 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation. A charge of ignition interlock device tampering/ failure to install was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Lincoln G. Klabon, 16, Withee, was fined $452.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (40-44 mph over limit).

Glen E. Koehler, 48, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $528 for possession of THC/second offense/as party to a crime/repeater. Charges of possession of cocaine-cocoa/second offense/as party to a crime/repeater and possession of drug paraphernalia/ as party to a crime/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Danny M. Kraemer, 30, Dorchester, was fined $213.10 for driving too fast for conditions and $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident.

Vincent R. Laux, 33, Dorchester, was fined $232 for operating a snowmobile without a safety certificate and $232 for operating a snowmobile without a trail sticker.

David M. Leland, 54, Neillsville, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for three years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Randel J. Lindsey, 31, Clinton, Mass., was sentenced to 20 days in jail and fined $3,834.15 for operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration/second offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 14 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Lucia Y. Marshall, 21, Dorchester, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Izryel S. Mendoza, 19, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Tylor J. Miller, 29, Withee, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Felicia L. Nielsen, 34, Loyal, was sentenced to 65 days in jail and fined $1,783.90 for a third OWI offense. Her driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 24 months, and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was was also ordered to pay $6,040.40 in restitution for criminal damage to property. Multiple other offenses were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
