OURT Hunter J. Depolis, 20, Chippewa Falls, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense. Andrew S. Doney, 18, Marshfield, was fined $200.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Caleb J. Hainzlsperger, 19, Curtiss, was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $443 for possession of amphetamine/ LSD/Psilocin. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and intimidating a victim to dissuade reporting were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Phoenix R. Morrison, 20, Chippewa Falls, was fined $200.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Josiah N. Rose, 21, Neillsville, was fined $399.50 for possession of THC and $263.50 for disorderly conduct.

Vernon H. Sensenig, 32, Withee, was sentenced to three terms of 2 1/2 years in prison and 2/1/2 years of extended supervision on three counts of burglary to a dwelling or building. The terms are to run concurrently and he was also fined $518 on each charge. He was also placed on probation for four years and fined $1,554 for possession of methamphetamine/ repeater, possession of narcotic drugs/repeater, and felony bail jumping/ repeater. Multiple other charges were dismissed but read-in to the court record. Daniel J. Shupe, 58, Neillsville, was sentenced to 180 days in jail and fined $1,894 for a fifth/sixth offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Jeffry C. Stahnke, 41, Athens, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $1,955 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration/with a passenger under the age of 16. His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $150.10 for violation of child safety restraint requirements.
