Citizens State Bank adds Board members

Citizens State Bank of Loyal announces the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors. The newly elected Board members are Cindy Burns and Thomas Silbernagel.

CSB’s Chairman of the Board and CEO Travis Holt, said, “I am pleased to welcome our two newest members to our Board of Directors. They each have a unique background, with diverse experiences that make them an asset to Citizen State Bank of Loyal’s Board of Directors and to the organization as a whole.”

Cindy Burns is president of Burns Insurance Agency LLC and has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. Burns is currently on the IMT Insurance Board of Directors and is past president of the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce Board and has been active on many other boards such as UW Foundation and Marshfield Area United Way. Cindy firmly believes as good stewards of our communities, it’s her responsibility to give back to make it a better place to work and live. Cindy lives in Marshfield with her husband, Dan.

Thomas Silbernagel is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and a local businessman in the Neillsville area. Silbernagel is currently involved with the building of a new hospital and is active in the fundraising for that facility.

Thomas resides in Neillsville and is active in the Lions Club, Knights of Columbus and the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus.

Citizens State Bank of Loyal is an independent community bank. The bank continues to be communityoriented and proudly supports local clubs, businesses, sports, organizations and schools.
