OURT Serigo J. Aguilera, 23, Abbotsford, was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

Brooklynne M. Bogseth, 18, Greenwood, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Paul R. Cwikla, 53, Owen, was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $443 for knowingly violating a domestic abuse order. A second similar charge and two counts of bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Brandon T. Dupee, 26, Marshfield, was fined $1,083 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation/fourth or greater offense. A charge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Deitrik J.L. Ellis, 21, Spencer, was fined $1,012.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Mckenzie A. Friemoth, 20, Neillsville, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Jason A. Garbisch, 39, Spencer, was sentenced to six months in jail, placed on probation for three years, and fined $3,449 for a fifth offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration/alcohol fine enhancer. His driver’s license was revoked for two years and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for two years.

Jacob R. Gardner, 20, Greenwood, was fined $389.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for nine months for a second underage drinking offense.

Dalton A. Gilbert, 18, Loyal, was fined $150 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Thomas W. Gray, 38, Neillsville, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $263.50 for displaying false vehicle registration plates, and $175.30 for non-registration.

Dylan Z. Hanson, 20, Owen, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Michael A. Heiman, 42, Neillsville, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $1,640 for operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration with a passenger under 16 years of age. His driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 14 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Misty A. Hinz, 26, Colby, was placed on probation for 12 months and ordered to pay $866.75 in costs and restitution for issuing worthless checks. Five additional counts of issuing worthless checks were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Jesse M. Jacobs, 30, Greenwood, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $213.10 for driving too fast for conditions, $263.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked, $175.30 for failure to obey a sign/signal, and $10 for a safety belt violation.

Duane D. Jaskot, 65, Thorp, was fined $937.50 for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a restricted controlled substance. His driver’s license was revoked for six months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Henry M. Landwehr, 35, Wild Rose, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia and $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation.

Vidal A. Lebron Ayala, 27, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 36 months of extended supervision on each of two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, to run concurrently. He was also ordered to pay $1,479.30 in fines and costs. Charges dismissed but read-in to the court record include two counts of first-degree attempted homicide, two counts of endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, bail jumping, battery by prisoners and violation of state/county institution laws.
