Main Street will be open on Tuesdays from 9 a.m.-noon, Wednesdays from 2:30-5:30 p.m., and Thursdays from 9 a.m.-noon.

A “Sleep in Heavenly Peace” bed-building day will be held from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at the former Wolfcraft factory, 520 S. Front St., in Unity. Anyone who would like to help build beds for children who do not have one is welcome. Call 715-613-3140 for more information.

The Loyal United Methodist Church will hold its annual Cookie, Candy & Craft Sale from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Sweets will be sold by the pound and there will be various hand-made crafts and lunch for sale.

The Spencer Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Lunch With Santa event from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m., at the Olde Village Hall. There will be visits with Santa Claus, lunch, wagon rides and other activities.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at the Clark County Humane Society shelter southeast of Neillsville from 1-4 p.m. to have their photos taken with pets. All pets are welcome.

The Loyal Area Historical Society will hold its “Home for Christmas” events from 4-6 p.m., at the museum site on East Elm Drive. There will be a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, hayrides, refreshments and lighting of the memory tree at 6 p.m.

The 49th Annual Abbotsford Christmas Parade will begin at 7:30 p.m. in downtown Abbotsford.

The Clark County Choraliers and Clark County Male Chorus will present a concert of Christmas music at 2 p.m. at Calvary Lutheran Church, 213 Hill St. Neillsville. A freewill donation will be taken and refreshments will be served following the concert.

The Spencer High School Handbell Choir will perform from 9-10 a.m. at the Marathon County Public Library-Spencer Branch.The concert is free and open to the public.

The Greenwood American Legion will serve its monthly fish fry from 4-7:30 p.m. Carry-outs will be available.

The Greenwood Chamber of Commerce’s “Deck the House” Christmas lighting contest will be judged at 6 p.m. It is open to all Greenwood School District residents. To enter, contact Greenwood City Hall at 715-267-6205 by 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 12.

The Greenwood Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Santa Visit from 10 a.m.-noon, in the Greenwood High School cafetorium. There will be visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus, games, and a secret shopping opportunity.

This is the deadline date to enter the Loyal Chamber of Commerce Christmas Lights Contest. All Loyal residences and businesses are welcome to enter, with gift certificates given to the top two entries in each category. Judging will take place on Dec. 21. The Loyal High School National Honor Society will hold its 2019 Tour of Homes from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Stops on the tour will include Rustic Occasions and the homes of Eric and Tracy Bauer, Tony and Nicki Peroshek, Derek and Jenae Weyer and Jesse and Yvette Zvolena. Tickets can be purchased at any of the stops.
