OURT Peter L. Emer, 49, Humbird, was fined $389.50 on each of three counts of public nuisances affecting health/ breeding places for vermin, etc., $389.50 on each of three counts of public nuisances affecting peace and safety/ unoccupied mobile home, and $200.50 on each of three counts of junked vehicles and appliances on private property.

Randy E. Englebretson, 40, Owen, was fined $548 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. A charge of bail jumping was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Steven J. Kolpien, 32, Chippewa Falls, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and two years of extended supervision for possession of methamphetamine/repeater. Those sentences were stayed and he was placed on probation for three years and fined $518. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

James L. Pagel, 29, Thorp, was sentenced to 120 days in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2018 conviction for disorderly conduct/use of a dangerous weapon. He was also sentenced to two 90-day jail terms after his probation was revoked on two 2018 convictions for disorderly conduct.

Ryan D. Rowe, 24, Loyal, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $1,766 for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 16 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 16 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Joshua J. Schmidt, 28, Spencer, was fined $1,022.50 for operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration greater than .15 percent. His driver’s license was revoked for six months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Louella H. Sensenig, 28, Curtiss, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for possession of THC. The jail sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for one year and fined $443.

Johnathan G. Tibbits, 33, Mukwonago, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, placed on probation for 12 months, and fined $1,807 for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 18 months and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 18 months.

Alvin Wilson, 22, Marshfield, was fined $553 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Two counts of bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
