OURT Gregory M. Aldrian, 56, Ringle, was sentenced to 40 days in jail and fined $1,882 for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 18 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 18 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Jesse T. Black, 29, Neillsville, was fined $150.10 for operating a vehicle without carrying a license, $200.50 for failure of dealer to transfer title, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $200.50 for operating a motorcycle without a valid license.

Robert C. Breuer, 58, Neillsville, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and ordered to pay $5,361.35 in fines and restitution for ATV or UTV/causing injury while intoxicated.

Christian A. Doss, 36, Neillsville, was fined $1,022.50 for operating a vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance. His driver’s license was revoked for six months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also placed on probation for 12 months and fined $886 for possession of cocaine/ cocoa and resisting or obstructing an officer. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an illegally-obtained prescription were dismissed but readin to the court record.

Kristopher K. Hanson, 40, Westby, was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $1,514 for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Dale A. Kortesmaki, 52, Stanley, was sentenced to two years in prison and two years of extended supervision and ordered to pay $3,289 in fines and costs for a fourth OWI offense with an alcohol fine enhancer. He was also sentenced to 18 months in prison and 18 months of extended supervision — to run concurrently — and fined $518 for fleeing/eluding an officer/repeater. He was also placed on probation for five years and fined $518 for battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer/repeater. Charges that were dismissed but read-in to the court record included operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation/repeater, resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater, disorderly conduct/repeater and first-degree recklessly endangering safety/repeater.

Willard L. Lobacz, 42, Withee, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Adam J. McNamara, 43, Chippewa Falls, was fined $399.50 for failure to notify police of an accident and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

Mark W. Moulster, 42, Greenwood, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and fined $2,652 for a fourth OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 36 months and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 36 months. He was also placed on probation for 30 months and fined $886 for operating a firearm while intoxicated and resisting or obstructing an officer. Charges that were dismissed but read-in to the court record included intentionally pointing a firearm at a person, disorderly conduct/use of a dangerous weapon, and criminal damage to property.

Melissa D. Peek, 53, Spencer, was fined $50 and her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Cherry J. Rahman, 42, Owen, was placed on probation for one year and fined $443 for possession of THC. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Nicholas R. Tarnowski, 28, Cape Coral, Fla., was sentenced to 90 days in jail (to be held in abeyance for use at a probation agent’s discretion), placed on probation for 24 months, and fined $443 for bail jumping. He was also fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer and $443 for criminal trespass to a dwelling.

Victor E. Thorpe, 22, Marshfield, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Wayne L. Timm, 39, whose address is listed as the Stanley Correctional Institution, was sentenced to a total of 36 months in jail and fined $1,172 for three counts of entering into/onto a building/construction site/room and one count of theft of moveable property. He was also placed on probation for three years and ordered to pay $5,590.41 in restitution for theft of moveable property, and was fined $1,272 on three counts of criminal damage to property and one count of theft of moveable property.

Cecilia A. Valdez, 25, Colby, was fined $543 for battery/ domestic abuse. Charges of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and resisting or obstructing an officer were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
