OURT Jose Itenua Itenua, 22, Curtiss, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $187.90 for inattentive driving, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident.

Aaron C. Jones, 53, Abbotsford, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

Brynna N. Kemp, 24, Stevens Point, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $200.50 for speeding, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

Nikeshia L. Lewis, 34, Boyd, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Tyler J. Mohr, 26, Neillsville, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for speeding.

Kyle S. Neinfeldt, 20, Greenwood, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Curtis J. Rosebeck, 19, Black River Falls, was fined $1,094 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Matthew J. Studinski, 23, Almond, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for speeding.

Raymond L. Triplett, 30, whose address is listed as the Eau Claire County Jail, was sentenced to 12 months in jail for possession of methamphetamine/repeater. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 30 months and fined $518. Charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place/repeater, possession of THC/ repeater, and possession of drug paraphernalia/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Thomas E. Trulley, 70, Hebron, Ind., was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Misael Vasquez Osono, 31, Loyal, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $225.70 for speeding.

Tyler D. Ven Rooy, 23, Owen, was fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation and $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
