OURT Christopher T. Alexander, 19, Yukon, Okla., was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Brett E. Armes, 25, Bristol, was fined $175.30 for operating a vehicle after revocation/suspension of registration, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, and $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.

Rene R. Arroyo Rodriguez, 34, Abbotsford, was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $443 for endangering safety/use of a dangerous weapon. Charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and carrying a concealed weapon were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Austin A. Beach, 22, Colby, was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $618 for false imprisonment/ domestic abuse. Charges of strangulation and suffocation/ domestic abuse, battery/domestic abuse, disorderly conduct/domestic abuse, criminal trespass to a dwelling, and bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Craig A. Bender, 42, Neillsville, was sentenced to 40 days in jail and fined $518 for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Two charges of resisting or obstructing an officer were dismissed but read-in to the court record. Jennifer M. Bender, 20, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Kyle J. Bentler, 21, Stanley, was fined $886.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for speeding and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

Katie L. Beyer, 20, Spencer, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Taylor W. Bryant, 18, Medford, was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 45 mph over limit). He was also fined $389.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for nine months for a second underage drinking offense, and fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cynthia S. Buske, 55, Neillsville, was fined $175.30 on each of two dog-at-large offenses and $175.30 on each of two dog licensing violations.

Ana M. Colon, 51, Loyal, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $1,514 for a second OWI offense. Her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months, and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $443 for bail jumping.

Jasmin L. Culton, 22, Owen, was fined $852.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Steve M. Diplaris, 61, Waukesha, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Jeremy B. Dugan, 44, Greenwood, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $453 for use or possess with intent to use a masking agent. He was also sentenced to 120 days in jail and fined $443 for bail jumping. In addition, he was sentenced to 120 days in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2018 conviction for possession of THC. Gregory P. Edelson, 28, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia and $389.50 for possession of THC.

John W. Fay, 20, Marshfield, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense. He was also fined $175.30 for trespass to land.

Kyle J. Gruber, 31, Neillsville, was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated, $452.50 for failure to take an alcohol test-ATV/UTV, $175.30 for ATV speeding, $232 for illegally operating an ATV/UTV on/ in vicinity of a highway, $232 for failure to display a lighted headlamp/taillamp on an ATV/UTV, $389.50 for possession of THC, and $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua J. Hansmeier, 26, Protivin, Iowa, was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated, $452.50 for failure to take an alcohol test-ATV/UTV, and $232 for operating a UTV without a valid safety certificate.
