CRASH REPORTS
On September 20, at 9:21 a.m., Taylor County sheriff’s deputies were alerted of a one-vehicle hit and run crash on CTH D in the town of Westboro. According to the crash report, the crash occurred just west of Zimmerman Road. The operator over-corrected the right curve going into the north side ditch and striking a tree. The vehicle, which is owned by James Patton of Lexington, Ken. sustained disabling damage. The driver of the vehicle is reported as unknown. The following violations were reported: failure of operator to notify police of accident, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and non-registration of auto. TAYLOR COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
