The following made initial appearances in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Rodney R. Galica, 46, Westboro, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC)-second offense, operating while under the influence-second offense and failure to keep vehicle under control; Mary B. Hobl, 50, Medford, violation of Taylor County sanitary code; Donald L. Holtman, 41, Medford, speeding 16-19 mph over the limit; Nicole M. Jacobsen, 18, Medford, tobacco on school property; Samuel Pantoja Vega, 28, Abbotsford, operating without a valid license-third or greater offense within three years and speeding 11-15 mph over the limit; Alyssa A. Schellin, 18, Ogema, speeding 11-15 mph over the limit; Chad R. Trautman, 45, Franksville, speeding 16-19 mph over the limit; Diana K. Hamilton, 73, Sheldon, speeding 1-10 mph over the limit; Greg A. Kautzer, 59, Medford, failure to maintain holding/septic tanks; Tabitha M. Karau, 41, Medford, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse.

James A. Buckheim, 42, Stetsonville, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-first offense. Buckheim forfeited $859.50; his driver’s license was revoked for six months; he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan; and he must attend a victim impact panel. A count of operating with a PAC equal to or greater than 0.08 percent and less than 0.15 percent-first offense was dismissed on the court’s own motion.

Jeremiah J. Hackbarth, 32, Rib Lake, pled no contest to operating an ATV or UTV while intoxicated. He forfeited $500.50 and must undergo an alcohol and drug assessment.

A separate charge of operating an ATV or UTV with a PAC-first offense against Hackbarth was dismissed on the court’s own motion.

$389.50: Lawrence R. Letendre Jr., 50, Medford, failure of operator to notify police of an accident; Alyssa A. Puphal, 25, Colby, theft.

$263.50: Dana S. Nash, 38, Deer Park, disorderly conduct.

$225.70: Rebecca J. Ott, 45, Merrill, speeding 20-24 mph over the limit; Susan K. Tyler, 50, Lublin, speeding 20-24 mph over the limit.

$213.10: James K. Johnson, 34, Prentice, driving too fast for conditions; Lawrence R. Letendre Jr., 50, Medford, driving too fast for conditions; Leland J. Obscherning, 47, Medford, unreasonable and imprudent speed.

$213: Donna M. Hagenson, 77, Stanley, passing in a no-passing zone.

$200.50: Lola L. Baars, 52, Thorp, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; Chauncy E. Carter, 30, Medford, operating while suspended; Troy S. Decker, 54, Richfield, speeding 16-19 mph over the limit; Xiomara Espinoza Flores, 29, Rib Lake, operating without a valid license- first offense; Alonso Garcia Sosa, 22, Rib Lake, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; Ronald A. Johnson, 60, Phillips, operating while suspended; James K. Johnson, 34, Prentice, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating while suspended ($200.50 each offense); Matthew T. McCullick, 26, Athens, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; John P. Scott, 29, Gilman, operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

$187.90: Magen A. Paul, 23, Medford, inattentive driving; John P. Scott, 29, Gilman, inattentive driving; Kenneth F. Strobl, 72, Catawba, failure to yield the right-of-way.

$175.30: Pierce G. Pope, 18, Stetsonville, speeding 11-15 mph over the limit; Shelby R. Tyler, 27, Withee, violation of child safety restraint requirement; Michael G. Weiler, 29, Medford, non-registration of vehicle.

$10 seatbelt violation: Blake D. Weiler, 17, Medford.
