The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the Clerk of Courts office in cash, cashier’s check, money order, or certified funds, no later than ten days after the court’s confirmation of the sale or else in the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. DESCRIPTION: That part of Parcel 7 of Taylor County Certifi ed Survey Map Number 2414, as recorded in Volume 12-S of Surveys on Pages 130-131 in the Taylor County Register of Deeds office as Document Number 363396, (being a division of Parcels 4 and 5 of Taylor County Certified Survey Map Number 2042 as recorded in Volume 10-S of Surveys on Pages 57-58 as Document Number 335353 being a part of the NW-NE-130N-2W), that includes Parcel 4 of said Certified Survey Map Number 2042.

NOTE: The above described parcel is vacant land approximately 170 feet by 39 feet.
