Airport Is Sold
The Colby-Abbotsford Airport was sold to Joe Saunders. Saunders purchased the 80 acres of land and buildings from Peter Peters. He will operate the Airport and Airport Bar.
Waldhart Building Store On West Side
Mr. Waldhart is building a one-story addition to his home on Highway 29 for their new grocery store. There will be a complete line of groceries and a small counter to serve ice cream.

Abby Woodworking Class
Abbotsford youngsters enrolled in woodworing class are learning to saw, nail, glue and put together a variety of wood articles. They have made bookshelves, model cars, rabbit traps and jewelry this summer.
Kralcik is New Owner
Rich Kralcik is the new owner and operator of Rich’s Sport and Service Center in Colby. They will sell Sno-Jet snowmobiles as well as Wheel Horse lawn and garden tractors.

Brenda Duvall, Colby, won the Most Artistic entry in the Masters Level competition at the National Taxidermy Association contest held in Texas.
