The Colby Knights of Columbus Council is sponsoring a Free Throw contest open to all boys and girls 9-14 on Sunday, Jan. 19, at 1 p.m. in the St. Mary’s School Gym. Medals will be awarded to all winners in each category. Winners will advance to the regional level contest in February. STEP AEROBICS IN DORCHESTER

CELEBRATE RECOVERY
Celebrate Recovery is a spiritual 12-step program designed to help people grow in spirit and heal from whatever hurts, hangups or habits have a strong hold on your life.
