Come play life-size Candyland at the Abbotsford Public Library on Friday, Dec. 13, at 6 p.m. A family movie will follow at 7 p.m., featuring a sequel about angry birds.
MIDNIGHT RIDERS TO MEET
The Midnight Riders snowmobile club will hold their monthly meeting Saturday, Dec. 14, at 8 p.m. at the groomer shed at 234022 Rosedale Ave. in the town of Holton. Members and interested enthusiasts are welcome.
SNOWMOBILE CLASS SIGN UP
The Colby Trailblazers Snowmobile Club will once again be offering a snowmobile safety class, with a preregistration session set for Sunday, Dec. 15, from 6 to 7 p.m., at the Colby Lions Shelter, 103 W Adams St. Parents are urged to attend with students. Classes will be held Dec. 26 and 30 from 6 to 9 p.m. also at the Lions Shelter.
State law requires that anyone 12-15 years of age needs to pass a classroom course before operating a snowmobile on a public trail. Certified instructors will be teaching the course. There is a per student fee for taking the course. For more information call 715-212-7914.
