TAYLOR COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE On January 16, at 9:30 a.m., a vehicle and trailer operated by Mike Mataczynski Jr., 86, of Sheldon, was traveling southbound on CTH H in the town of Aurora when the driver lost control and the trailer swung around. The vehicle and trailer crashed into the ditch. The vehicle and trailer came to rest in the west ditch of CTH H facing northbound on its side. The vehicle was towed due to disabling damage.
