Abbybank announces leadership promotions in Medford and Withee

AbbyBank is pleased to announce two recent promotions that will strengthen leadership in the Medford and Withee branches.
Sue Ackerman, VP/Branch Manager/Business Banker, has expanded her role to manage both the Medford and Withee locations. Sue has more than 16 years of banking experience and has been with AbbyBank since September 2016. She oversees retail staff, manages daily operations, and builds strong customer relationships. Ackerman is known as a trusted resource in the community and values authenticity, clear communication, and customer service. Ackerman completed Leadership Taylor County in 2018 and recently received the Medford Chamber of Commerce Employee Excellence Award in 2025. She is actively involved in community organizations, including the Medford Area Development Foundation, MADF Housing Committee, Stepping Stones, and the Medford Chamber of Commerce.
With Ackerman’s expanded responsibilities, Autumn Kuske has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in Medford. Kuske joined AbbyBank in November 2023 and quickly became a valuable part of the team. She is currently training to specialize in IRAs and HSAs and is passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals. Kuske also enjoys teaching and mentoring both customers and colleagues. She recently completed Leadership Taylor County earlier this year and is active in the community as the president-elect of the Medford Kiwanis Club, where she will step into the role of president in October 2025, and she serves as an ambassador for The Chamber in Medford.
“We are thrilled to see Sue and Autumn step into these leadership roles,” said Heather Beiler, Chief Retail Officer. “Sue’s years of experience and strong community involvement, paired with Autumn’s energy and customerfirst mindset, will continue to strengthen AbbyBank’s presence in both Medford and Withee.”
Outside of work, Ackerman enjoys reading spy fiction, traveling, riding horses, cheering on the Cubs, and attending her grandchildren’s activities. Kuske enjoys spending time with her stepdaughter, watching movies, listening to music, and volunteering through the Kiwanis Club and The Chamber.
