Deiandra Lynn Labarge, 25, of Wabeno, pled no contest and was found guilty of inattentive driving. She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $187.90. A charge of unreasonable and imprudent speed was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Neamiah Joshua Lemerand, 18, of Colby, pled no contest and was found guilty of reckless driving-endanger safety. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $389.50. A charge of unreasonable and imprudent speed was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Spencer R. Leu, 30, of Owen, pled no contest to possession of marijuana [amended from possession of THC]. He is ordered to pay a forfeiture of $330.50. Charges of disorderly conduct-domestic, misdemeanor bail-jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia (party to a crime) were dismissed but read in court.

Leu pled no contest to battery-domestic abuse and disorderly conduct. He is ordered to pay a forfeiture of $330.50. A charge of criminal damage to property-domestic abuse was dismissed but read in court.

Jonathan Thomas Stevens, 30, of Rib Lake, pled no contest to failure to display vehicle license plates. He is ordered to pay a forfeiture of $150.10. A charge of equip non police vehicle with blue lights was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Kelsey Jean Vahl, 31, of Medford, pled guilty to disorderly conduct [amended from state violation to county violation]. She is ordered to pay a forfeiture of $80.50 and a $250 cash bond will be applied toward the forfeiture. A charge of resisting/obstructing an officer was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Coll J. Fox, 39, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of disorderly conduct [which was amended from a state violation to county violation]. Fox shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. The cots of $443 shall be paid at the rate of $25/month beginning August 15, with payments increasing to $50/month beginning September 15. A charge of misdemeanor bail-jumping was dismissed but read in court.

Fox pled guilty to a second charge of disorderly conduct, which was also amended from a state violation to a county violation. He is ordered to pay a forfeiture of $330.50 with the same stipulations as stated above.

Nathan Patrick Carpenter, 19, of Owen, pled not guilty and was found guilty at court trial of OWI (1st offense). License was revoked for six months, and Carpenter shall complete AODA and follow through with the driver safety plan. He is ordered to pay a fine of $853.50.

Casy Lee Weir, 43, of Medford, pled not contest and was found guilty of OWI (3rd offense). He was ordered to pay a fine of $2,542. Weir shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department and shall undergo AODA. His license was revoked for 28 months and an ignition interlock system will be installed upon licensure. He shall serve a local jail sentence of 90 days and shall begin immediately. The jail sentence can be served with huber and good time.

Cassandra A. Meschefske, 38, of Medford, pled no contest to battery. Meschefske entered into deferred prosecution agreement for the period of one year. She is sentenced to 20 hours of community service, and shall not commit any criminal offenses; shall notify the Taylor County District Attorney’s Office as well as the Clerk of Courts office of any change of address within ten days of said change. She shall also have no contact with the victim. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the state will move to amend the charge to non-criminal ordinance violation of disorderly conduct.

Nancy D. Tiedke, 73, of Medford, pled not guilty and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a charge of retail theft. The agreement will sustain for 12 months. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss this case.

David Allen Westrich, 48, of Medford, pled guilty to disorderly conduct-domestic abuse (infliction of physical pain or injury). Sentence was withheld and a probation of one year was ordered. Westrich shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. Costs of $543 shall be paid to the Taylor County Clerk of Court at the rate of $100/month beginning August 4. Westrich shall undergo AODA, follow through with any treatment recommendations, and ordered to write a letter of apology to the victims within 30 days of sentencing.
