Wausau Homes Medford recognized as a leader in customer satisfaction

Wausau Homes Medford has been recognized as a national leader in customer satisfaction within the custom home building industry. The Wausau Homes marketing department contracts with a third-party provider, Guild Quality, to execute Voice of the Customer surveys. The annual Guildmaster Awards celebrate service excellence within the network of home builders, remodelers, and home service professionals. Each year the businesses that have the top metrics in customer recommendation rates and survey responses are automatically entered to receive the Guildmaster customer service award.

The primary requirement for receiving a Guildmaster Award is exemplary customer service, as demonstrated by an extremely high customer recommendation rate. In the residential construction industry, the average customer recommendation rate is approximately 70%. In order to receive a Guildmaster Award, a member must achieve a ‘Likely to Recommend’ rate of 90% or greater and a 50% customer response rate.

Wausau Homes Medford is a leading custom home builder in the Midwest, committed to providing customers with the highest quality homes and customer service. Their team of experienced professionals works closely with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction.

“We are honored to be recognized as a leader in customer satisfaction,” said Jason Wanke, owner of Wausau Homes Medford. “This award is a testament to our commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.”

Wausau Homes Medford has been a leader in new home construction in central Wisconsin for years. With another year of supply chain difficulties and subsequent price increases, they’ve continued to construct new custom homes in the region. They have an unrivaled work ethic and are recognized for their tenacity, which has spread throughout the rest of their team.

Earlier this year, Wausau Homes Medford received the “2022 Builder Of The Year” award from Wausau Homes corporate. This was their second year in a row to receive this award and their fourth time in the last decade.

Jay Schuette, CEO of Wausau Homes, asked Wanke, “What’s changed in the last decade of new home construction?” Wanke responded, “In the home building world, everything. But what’s remained the same for us? Our people. Our quality. Our commitment to excellence.” Wanke went on to say, “We are setting houses in the cold of winter, with no cell reception, putting up these big, beautiful lake homes. This is the result of a team effort and our team has never been happier to provide our customers with quality communication, services, and beautiful custom homes.”
