Britney Hostetler, 26, Medford pled no contest to possession of THC. Court finds defendant guilty of count 1 possession of THC . The court dismissed and read in count 2, possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to pay court costs of $458; DNA sample and surcharge and 10 days county jail with huber and good time to begin no later than October 1, 2021 at 4:30 pm. Costs shall be paid at the rate of $25 a month beginning October 1.

Gerald Shoemaker, 41, Cameron pled no contest to misdemeanor bail jumping as part of a plea agreement. Court finds defendant guilty of bail jumping charge. Court dismissed and read in the remaining counts for 4th degree sexual assault and bail jumping. Court orders withheld sentence placement on probation for one year with conditions of court costs of $443; DNA sample and surcharge; no contact with the victim A.R.H.; letter of apology to the victim due within 30 days of sentencing and preapproved by probation; AODA; and counseling as deemed appropriate by probation.

Terri Lynn Webb, 38, Medford, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without insurance and was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.

Frank A. Camelin, 47, Machesney Park, Ill. pled not guilty to a misdemeanor bail jumping charge. A $500 signature bond was set. Pre-trial conference scheduled for August 26, at 8:30 a.m. Status hearing scheduled for September 8, at 1:30 p.m.

Robert C. Vanluven, 50, Westboro, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. Judge Ann Knox-Bauer ordered a $500.00 signature bond; booking; no contact with R.W. C. and M.R.S. Pre-trial conference scheduled for October 26 at 10 a.m. Status hearing scheduled for November 15 at 4 p.m.

Drew S. Behnke, 32, Medford, pled not guilty to one count of battery with domestic abuse modifier, a class A misdemeanor and one count of disorderly conduct with domestic abuse modifier, a class B misdemeanor.

The court continued the $500 signature bond. A pre-trial conference scheduled for September 13, 2021 at 10:15 am.

Kathryn L. Behnke, 30, Medford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. Court ordered a $500 signature bond. Pre-trial conference scheduled for September 13 at 10 a.m.

Brian D. Saunby, 37, Rib Lake, pled not guilty to battery, a class A misdemeanor. A $500 signature bond was continued. Pre-trial conference scheduled for October 26 at 9:30 a.m. Status hearing scheduled for November 15 at 3 p.m.

Ares V. Hall, 17, Medford, pled not guilty to bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. The court ordered a signature bond in the amount of $500; booking; no contact with K.G.V. A status hearing is scheduled for August 31 at 10:15 a.m.
