The following charges were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions: Jason A. Krumwiede, 40, Stetsonville, refusing to take test for intoxication after arrest and failure to display vehicle license plates; Davida L. Thompson, 47, Gilman, theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (as a party to a crime); Nicholas J. Kowalski, 16, Stetsonville, failure to carry floatation devices in boat.

The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Matthew G. Czerniak, 32, Medford, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer; Margarita M. Anderson p.k.a. Margarita M. Van Roosenbeek, 34, Medford, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury) and misdemeanor bail jumping; Delton D. Dehart, 18, Marshfield, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct; Gabriel J. Curtis, 17, Rib Lake, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer; Cody L. Haynes, 32, Stetsonville, resisting or obstructing an officer.

Matthew J. Euclide, 23, Rib Lake, pled no contest to operating a motor vehicle without insurance and forfeited $200.50.

Euclide also pled no contest to separate charges of non-registration of vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. He forfeited $175.30 and $330.50, respectively.

Tristen C. Seefeld, 25, Reeseville, pled guilty to operating while revoked and forfeited $443.

Lacey A. David, 28, Delray Beach, Fla., pled no contest to operating while under the influence-first offense. She forfeited $972.50; her driver’s license was revoked for seven months; an ignition interlock device (IID) is to be installed on her vehicle for one year; and she must undergo an alcohol assessment.

Separate charges of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.15 percent-first offense and speeding 16-19 mph over the limit against David were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions.

Carey A. Hargot, 44, Withee, pled no contest to disorderly conduct and forfeited $579. A count of manufacture/ delivery of THC-less than or equal to 200 grams (as a party to a crime) was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Jessalyn J. Holub, 17, Medford, pled no contest to truancy-first offense and forfeited $200.50.

Michael G. Meyer, 64, Gilman, pled no contest to possession of fish in excess of bag limit. Meyer forfeited $440 and his DNR privileges were revoked or suspended for one year, to run concurrent to Rusk County cases.

Jorge Palma Rosero, 67, Abbotsford, pled no contest to an amended charge of operating without a valid license-first offense and forfeited $267.50. The original charge had been operating while revoked.

Jeremy A. Grimm, 38, Stanley, pled guilty to burglary of a building or dwelling (as a party to a crime). Sentence was withheld and Grimm was placed on probation for five years on the condition he pay a forfeiture and restitution (joint and several with another Taylor County case) of $7,722.50 and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections (DOC); submit to a DNA sample; have no contact with the victims; write a letter of apology, pre-approved by the probationary agent, to the victims within 30 days; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by the probationary agent; and complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with treatment recommendations. Two counts of theft of movable property greater than $2,500 to $5,000 (as a party to a crime), three counts of criminal damage to property (as a party to a crime); two counts of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (as a party to a crime), and two counts of burglary of a building or dwelling (as a party to a crime) were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Travis J. Hargot, 42, Withee, pled no contest to possession of THC. Sentence was withheld and Hargot was placed on probation for one year on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $443 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC; submit to a DNA sample; obtain his HSED/ GED or high school diploma through the Medford Adult Diploma Academy at the discretion of probation and parole; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; may be allowed to work at his wife’s business; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with any treatment recommendations. Hargot pled no contest to a count of manufacture/delivery of THC less than 200 grams (as a party to a crime) and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of one year. As terms of the agreement, he must not commit any criminal offenses during the period of the agreement; notify the Taylor County district attorney and clerk of court offices of any address change within 10 days; comply with all of the terms of bond, which continues to remain in effect during the period of the agreement; and successfully complete his one-year probationary period. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the state will move to dismiss the charge.

Rebecca S. Jenkins, 43, Chippewa Falls, pled no contest to misappropriation of ID information to obtain money. Sentence was withheld and Jenkins was placed on probation for two years on the condition she perform 20 hours of community service; pay a forfeiture and restitution of $2,557.80 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC; submit to a DNA sample; write a letter of apology, pre-approved by probation, to the victim and Aspirus within 30 days of sentencing; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and comply with any treatment recommendation. Jenkins also pled no contest to a count of obtaining a prescription drug by fraud. Sentence was withheld and Jenkins was placed on probation for two years on the condition she perform 20 hours of community service, to run consecutive to her other community service; and pay a forfeiture of $443 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC. All other conditions are the same as for her other probation.

Separate charges of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud against Jenkins were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Eli R. Bogdonovich, 36, Rib Lake, pled no contest to operating while under the influence-fifth offense. He was given a four-year sentence consisting of 1 year six months in prison and two years six months of extended supervision. As conditions of his extended supervision, Bogdonovich must pay a forfeiture of $2,548 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC; submit to a DNA sample; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and comply with the driver safety plan. In addition, Bogdonovich’s driver’s license was revoked for life and an IID must be installed on his vehicle for two years. A count of operating with a PAC-fifth or sixth time was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion. Counts of felony bail jumping and operating while revoked were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Tiffany A. Poncek, 32, Ogema, pled no contest to hitand- run involving great bodily harm. She was given a seven-year sentence consisting of two years in prison and five years of extended supervision. As condition of her extended supervision, Poncek must pay a forfeiture of $518, restitution in an amount to be determined and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC; submit to a DNA sample; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and comply with any treatment recommendations. In addition, Poncek’s driver’s license was revoked for two years. Poncek also pled no contest to felony bail jumping and was given a sentence of two years consisting of one year in prison and one year of extended supervision, to run concurrent to her other sentence. Forfeitures, with the exception of restitution, and conditions are the same as for her other sentence. Counts of knowingly operating while revoked and causing great bodily harm, and two counts of felony bail jumping were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

The following were granted divorce decrees: Justin J. Thiel, 28, Medford, and Jasmyne A. Thiel, 28, Duluth, Minn.; Lillian E. Zach, 59, Sheldon, and Peter J. Zach, 65, Gilman; Tracy J. Ziehlke, 37, Medford, and Cole M. Ziehlke, 38, Medford.
