Traffic court

The following cases were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions: Michael P. Griffith, 38, Wisconsin Rapids, theft; Trudie L. Roussel, 41, Union Grove, theft; Jennifer L. Smith, 40, Mooreville, Miss., theft.

The following made initial appearances in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Margarita M. Anderson, 33, Medford, operating while revoked; Eric J. Solie, 45, Humbird, speeding 1-10 mph over the limit; Duane L. Walters, 64, Cornell, non-registration of other vehicle and failure to maintain vehicle brakes in working order; Ashley M. Baker, 28, Glen Flora, speeding 3034 mph over the limit; LL Logistic Corp., North Maple Grove, Minn., violation of special weight limits; Jodi M. Menning, 60, Chelsea, failure to stop for unloading school bus.

Jared R. Purdy, 24, Medford, pled no contest to operating while under the influence-first offense (PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent). Purdy forfeited $1,067; his driver’s license was revoked for eight months; an ignition interlock device is to be installed on his vehicle for 12 months; and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.

A separate charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent-first offense against Purdy was dismissed on the court’s own motion.
