A charge of unreasonable and imprudent speed against Aiden A. M. Johnson, 17, Medford, was dismissed at trial on the defendant’s motion due to nonappearance of witness. Carrie G. Lewan, 31, Medford, failed to appear in court for trial and was found guilty by default of speeding 25-29 mph over the limit. She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $250.90.
