The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Wyatt D. Mallien, 26, Dorchester, possession with intent-THC (less than or equal to 200 grams), maintaining a drug trafficking place and two counts of manufacture/delivery of THC-less than or equal to 200 grams; Brett M. Kruppe, 21, Glen Flora, burglary of a building or dwelling, criminal damage to property and nine counts of theft of movable property-special facts (as a party to a crime); Michael J. Hayes, 39, Medford, possession with intent-THC (less than or equal to 200 grams), maintaining a drug trafficking place (as a party to a crime), manufacture/delivery of THC-less than or equal to 200 grams, possession of a firearm by person convicted of an out-of-state felony and possession of drug paraphernalia; Adrianna J. Napier, 19, Bessemer, Mich., four counts of burglary of a building or dwelling and four counts of theft of movable property-less than or equal to $2,500 (as a party to a crime); Lamont W. Guidry, 26, Eau Claire, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and criminal damage to property; Rodney R. Galica, 47, Rib Lake, disorderly conduct (domestic abuseinfl iction of physical pain or injury) and misdemeanor bail jumping; Monique E. Granado a.k.a. Monique Emory Granado, 24, Eau Claire, operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping; Anthony Martinez, 24, Elgin, Ill., possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia; Joshua Garcia, 25, Steamwood, Ill., possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Emma K. Wegerer, 17, Medford, pled no contest to a charge of speeding 16-19 mph over the limit and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of six months. Upon successful completion of the first offenders program, the court will dismiss the case.

Curtis F. Everson, 20, Rib Lake, pled no contest to possession of THC and forfeited $1,114.50. Everson also pled no contest to a count of possession of THC and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of one year. As terms of the agreement, he must not commit any criminal offenses during the period of the agreement; notify the Taylor County district attorney and clerk of court offices of any address change within 10 days; comply with all of the terms of bond, which continues to remain in effect during the period of the agreement; Upon successful completion of the agreement, the

state will move to dismiss the charge. Counts of delivery of drug paraphernalia to a minor and two counts of intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Deborah A. Johnson, 58, Owen, pled guilty to discharging holding tank waste onto surface of ground and forfeited $452.50.

Michael T. Miller, 27, Minneapolis, Minn., pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 1-10 mph over the limit and forfeited $175.30.

Ronald W. Wiitala, 57, Ogema, pled no contest to possession of any fish in excess of total daily bag limit. He forfeited $343.50 and his DNR privileges were revoked/ suspended for 10 months.

Wiitala also pled no contest to a separate charge of possession of an illegal size fish (as a party to a crime) and forfeited $432.90.

A separate charge of possession of an illegal size fish against Wiitala was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Jacob J. Thums, 21, Medford, pled no contest to possession of a controlled substance. Sentence was withheld and Thums was placed on probation for one year on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $443 and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections; submit to a DNA sample; and undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation. Thums also pled no contest to a count of possession of methamphetamine and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of one year. As terms of the agreement, he must not commit any criminal offenses during the period of the agreement; notify the Taylor County district attorney and clerk of court offices of any address change within 10 days; comply with all of the terms of bond, which continues to remain in effect during the period of the agreement; and successfully complete the one-year probationary period and complete all required conditions of probation. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the state will move to dismiss the charge.

The following were granted divorce decrees: Ryan K. Asher, 23, Rib Lake, and Kyleah A. Asher, 22, Rib Lake; Douglas E. Dahl, 55, Stanley, and Tammy M. Dahl, 50, Sheldon; Thomas M. Fechter, 64, Medford, and JoAnne E. Fechter, 57, Eau Claire; Thomas D. Janda, 46, Medford, and Pamela D. Janda, 37, Medford; James R. Peterson, 84, Medford, and Joyce M. Peterson, 72, Medford.
