The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Jeremy A. Grimm, 37, Stanley, three counts of burglary of a building or dwelling (as a party to a crime), two counts of theft of movable property greater than $2,500 to $5,000 (as a party to a crime), two counts of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (as a party to a crime) and three counts of criminal damage to property (as a party to a crime); Justin A. Roth, 31, Medford, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession with intent-THC (less than or equal to 200 grams) (as a party to a crime), possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of an illegally obtained prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia; Matthew R. Mayotte a.k.a. Matthew Robert Mayotte, 42, Medford, resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater), possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, battery (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury) (repeater), disorderly conduct-domestic abuse (repeater) and felony bail jumping (repeater).

Kristen N. Brandner, 17, Medford, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 30-34 mph over the limit. She forfeited $295 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days.

Caleb J. Hainzlsperger, 20, Spencer, pled no contest to resisting/obstructing an officer and forfeited $582.50.

Dalton R. Hraby, 18, Medford, pled no contest to an amended charge of unreasonable noise and forfeited $169. The original charge had been reckless drivingendangering safety. Lucas F. Higgins, 28, Medford, pled no contest to possession of THC-second or greater offense. He was sentenced to serve 120 days in jail; forfeited $518; and must submit to a DNA sample. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Andrew J. Incha, 39, Antigo, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 11-15 mph over the limit and forfeited $175.30.

Jacob L. Kosnak, 39, Ashland, pled no contest to theft and forfeited $678.50 in fines and restitution.

Mark A. Linsdau, 40, Antigo, pled no contest to disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and forfeited $543.

Shawn C. McNamar, 44, Westboro, pled no contest to animal running at large and forfeited $143.80.

Jillian M. Mebust, 19, Medford, pled no contest to failure of operator to notify police of an accident and forfeited $389.50.

A separate charge of operating a motor vehicle without insurance against Mebust was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Kenton D. Powell, 48, New Richmond, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 1-10 mph over the limit and forfeited $175.30.

Aaron L. Reise, 27, Spencer, pled guilty to disorderly conduct. He forfeited $443; had to write a letter of apology to the victim before plea and sentencing; and must submit to a DNA sample. A count of making terrorist threats was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Stephanie D. Sislo, 29, Medford, pled no contest to speeding 20-24 mph over the limit and forfeited $225.70.

Trenton J. Willms-Makovsky, 20, Westboro, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 35-39 mph over the limit. He forfeited $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days.
