Dahl, 26, Medford, operating while under the influence-first offense; Nathan N. Lissner, 41, Medford, operating while under the influence-first offense; Bobbie J. Malloy, 40, Wisconsin Rapids, theft; Shane A. McNamar, 25, Medford, unnecessary acceleration; April A. Parker, 41, Tomah, theft; Hunter M. Ustianowski, 20, Lublin, resisting/obstructing an officer; Jennifer L. Walters, 33, Medford, speeding 20-24 mph over the limit; Eric E. Youngs, 44, Warrens, theft; Gina L. Zerneke, 50, Wausau, theft; Keith E. Johnson, 57, Sheldon, operating with a restricted controlled substance-first offense and unsafe lane deviation.

Brooks C. Kraus, 16, Athens, made an initial appearance in court and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of six months for a charge of inattentive driving. Upon successful completion of the first offenders program, the court will dismiss the case.

David M. Peissig, 29, Medford, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-first offense [prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.15 percent] Peissig forfeited $1,035.50; his driver’s license was revoked for seven months; an ignition interlock device is to be installed on his vehicle for 12 months; must attend a victim impact panel; and must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan.

A separate charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent-first offense against Peissig was dismissed on the court’s own motion.

Justin L. Sperl, 39, Medford, pled guilty to operating an ATV or UTV while intoxicated. He forfeited $452.50 and must complete an alcohol and drug assessment.

A separate charge of operating an ATV or UTV with a PAC-first offense against Sperl was dismissed on the court’s own motion.
